Leadership Seminar

MCH Competencies

The prevalence of children and adults with disabilities continues to increase as the result of advances in science, biomedical technology, and changing demographics. Strong leaders are needed in all of these sectors to assure a fair, accessible, integrated, and helpful system of care.  In Leadership Seminar, LEND trainees have a chance to explore concepts in leadership, observe leaders in action, and practice leadership skills. During each session, the MCH competencies are linked to the seminar discussion and activities.
