Interests
My clinical interests focus on speech/language assessment and intervention with young children who have varied types of communication disorders, including apraxia of speech, pervasive developmental disorders, and Down Syndrome. Academically, I have focused on developing clinical training programs for graduate students in speech/language pathology. Most recently, I have worked with faculty from the Communication Science & Disorders Department to develop a curriculum for a clinical doctorate in medical speech/language pathology.
