During the past three years, I have conducted seminars for pediatric medicine fellows, family practice fellows, division chiefs in pediatric medicine at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and students in the School of Dental Medicine on mentoring, building leadership capacity, and portfolio development. My research interests spans the age range. I am interested in evaluation of early literacy programs in early childhood centers as well as transition to adulthood.
